Securing things with regular ratchet straps was a frustrating and tedious task. I would constantly encounter jams, difficult releases, falling hooks, and uncontrolled releases. The pile of tangled straps was also a constant annoyance. Finally, a strap was released and a kayak fell, breaking the side mirror off the truck. This incident made me realize that I could no longer wait for a user-friendly strap. It became my responsibility to solve these problems. And so, OmegaStrap was born in the USA!

We are an American-owned and operated company based in Southern Minnesota.

How did we get our start?

We started out of frustration with traditional ratchet tie-downs. We made unique improvements to make them easier to use and overall provide a better experience.

What problem are we solving?
